Effect: The burst creates a zone of power in which you fight. You gain a bonus to damage rolls against one enemy within the zone equal to your Constitution modifier. You can choose when to apply this damage. The damage can only be applied once per round. Only one circle of power can be active at a time and lasts until the end of the encounter. If a new circle of power is created, the old one ends immediately along with any effects that may be associated with it.
Description: You create a circle of power around you for you to focus your energy and fight within.
